Over the last two decades, through her bookkeeping and consulting company, Smart Change, Ginelle has helped thousands of small businesses succeed, with her incredibly quick bookkeeping skills, sharp financial strategies, and genuine care for the heart of the entrepreneur. 

After co-founding Table and Well Co. three years ago, she has spent her days consulting and crunching numbers - and nights as a relational health coach, helping people grow in joy, identity, belonging and maturity.

As a trauma informed, certified Relational Health Coach and pastor, Tennison has over 25 years of experience shaping the lives of others and helping people, of all ages, discover and live with confidence and renewed hope.

In 2019, Tennison co-founded Table and Well Co., where people, of all ages, can experience healthier and deeper relational health and maturity with God, themselves, and others, through practical relational skills and community building. He continues to invest his days creating opportunities for people, across the world, to be gathered, seen, heard, and known and experience joy that transforms.

Amy Glaser - Director of Development, Alive & Well

Amy Glaser -  Director of Development and Journey Groups Director for Alive & Well, author of the Journey Group curriculum, and Director of the Journey Group Leadership Community. 

Amy is a specialist in small group dynamics and creating online communities. Journey Groups is a relational discipleship small group program that guides members in practicing the relational skills taught at Thrive and develops the topics of belonging, maturity, heart values, true identity, God’s perspective, Immanuel living, and healing, as found in the books Living from the Heart Jesus Gave You, Transforming Fellowship, Joyful Journey, and Relational Skills in the Bible, which Amy co-authored with Chris Coursey.

Chris & Jenn Coursey - Founders, Thrive Today

Chris and Jen Coursey live in West Michigan with their two boys, Matthew and Andrew. 

They have designed and lead the THRIVE Training program that uses brain-based exercises to train leaders, families, and communities in the 19 relational skills and the Immanuel Lifestyle.

Chris is an ordained pastoral counselor, published author and international speaker. Jen is a teacher, blogger, THRIVE trainer, and synchronized dance instructor.

The 19 relational brain skills and the interactive Immanuel Lifestyle have transformed the Courseys lives. Because of the profound changes in their own character and relationship, they want the world to hear what God has done in their lives and understand what He can do to help others.

Dr. Jim Wilder - Chief Neurotheologian, Life Model Works

Dr. Jim Wilder - PhD, Clinical Psychology, and M.A. Theology, Fuller Theological Seminary, been training leaders and counselors for over 27 years on five continents. He is the author of multiple books with a strong focus on maturing and relationship skills for leaders. His coauthored book Living From the Heart Jesus Gave You has sold over 100,000 copies and is printed in eleven languages. Wilder has published numerous articles and developed four sets of video and relational leadership training called THRIVE.

He is the founder and chief neurotheologian of Life Model Works, a nonprofit working at the intersection of brain science and theology that is building contagiously healthy Christian communities through equipping existing networks with the skills to thrive. Dr. Wilder has extensive counseling experience and has served as a guest lecturer at Fuller Seminary, Biola, Talbot Seminary, Point Loma University, Montreat College, Tyndale Seminary and elsewhere.

Dr. Marcus Warner - President, Deeper Walk International

Dr. Marcus Warner has served as president of Deeper Walk International since 2006. Marcus earned three degrees from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School – M.Div., Th.M. Old Testament, and D.Min. He has written numerous books and spoken for both ministry and corporate groups across the country and around the world. A Bible teacher at heart, Marcus has taught Old Testament and Theology at the junior high, high school, college, and seminary levels. His passion is taking complex topics and making them practical and accessible for everyone.

Marlene Allen - Executive Director of Life Model Works

Marlene Allen currently serves as the Executive Director of Life Model Works. She is an author, teacher, mentor, networker, licensed minister, and joy-starter. She graduated from McNeese State University in her home state of Louisiana. Her passion for teaching spiritual principles to young people led to a forty-plus-year journey of serving in schools and churches. During her 16-year service as a missionary in Southeast Asia, Marlene was introduced to Life Model Works and finally found the language to articulate the value of joy that she carried within her. 

Prior to becoming executive director, Marlene was a relational practitioner and served on the Life Model Works Board of Directors. She firmly believes Life Model Works’ relational tools will help us represent the Lord better on the Earth.

Michel Hendricks - Director of Life Model Consulting

Michel Hendricks -  MDiv, Denver Seminary; BS. University of Colorado, Boulder, the Director of Life Model Consulting. Michel Hendricks has been a pastor, missionary, inventor and author. He has been a teacher and trainer for more than 25 years. He is the former pastor of spiritual formation at Flatirons Community Church near Boulder, CO. He has also served and trained in Argentina, Bolivia, Mexico, Kenya, South Sudan, and Uganda. He is the author of Basic Training for Walking with Jesus and co-author of The Other Half of Church. He works with churches and organizations to help bring maturity and the transformation of character back into the center of Christian practice.
