Table & Well Podcast
Our mission is to develop relationally powerful people, communities, families and teams through transformational experiences and coactive coaching! We help people "Live Relationally Well", as they experience healthier and deeper relationships with God, themselves, and others.
This Podcast is an extension of our mission. We believe that God has designed us to live from Joy in a thriving community. We define Joy as - "the deep knowing, through relational experience, that someone is glad to be with you no matter what." That is the good news!
We believe that true spiritual formation, character transformation, and personal and spiritual resilience, happens in communities where attachment, belonging, and identity exist. In this Podcast we will explore topics and give practical tools that, when practiced, will strengthen relational health, making living in deeper, more authentic community possible.

Wisdom Keepers: w/Chris & Jen Coursey Pt. 2- When Elders Lead from Fear
"The better we get at being comfortable in our emotions, pain, and grieve, it allows us to prioritise creativity over solutions...those solutions are often trying to avoid pain for me or loved ones."
~Jen Coursey
Elders are so important in building relationally healthy communities. Without them we are missing a key part and it's nearly impossible. What is the role of elders in community? What does healthy community look like? How do we glean their wisdom? In this new series, Wisdom Keepers: The Role of Elders in Building Relationally Healthy Community not only will these questions and many more be answered, the answers will come directly from Elders.
Living and leading when your heart motivation is love is a beautiful thing. You bring peace, stay curious, and set a culture of connection and authenticity. But what happens when you are basing everything from this place of fear. When all your actions, thoughts, and questions are dipped in fear. Sometimes fear even masquerades as love. The fear of present pain out ways the love found in future health.
Join Tennison and Ginelle as they continue their conversation with Chris and Jen Coursey. In this episode they discuss what it looks like when Elders are leading from fear. They will also talk about Elders who are motivated by love can create communities where Love, joy , and trust are fully alive.
