Wisdom Keepers: w/Amy Glaser - Edlers: Welcomed & Willing

Tennison & Ginelle Barry Season 3 Episode 35

"Whenever two people come into a relationship or any situation, they are meeting history to history and nerves system to nerves system... only a small part of what seem to be happening in this external thing is about what is happening right now." ~ Amy Glaser

Elders are so important in building relationally healthy communities. Without them we are missing a key part and it's nearly impossible. What is the role of elders in community? What does healthy community look like? How do we glean their wisdom? In this new series, Wisdom Keepers: The Role of Elders in Building Relationally Healthy Community not only will these questions and many more be answered, the answers will come directly from Elders.

How can Elders remind us of who we are and what God (Immanuel) sees in the community when ruptures happen? What are some of the unique skills they bring to communities?

Join Tennison & Ginelle as they answer these questions with their guest Amy Glaser. Amy is the Director of Development with Alive & Well. She is also the Director of the Alive & Well Leadership Community and the creator of Journey Groups. Amy is also the Co-author of Relational Skills in the Bible with Chris Coursey.
