Relational Maturity Revisited: Infant

Tennison & Ginelle Barry Season 3 Episode 4

Relational maturity is not something the world as a whole talks about.  The idea is that at every age and stage of life there are very specific skills that we need to master to be fully mature in that age and stage. This is how we reach our God given potential in every age and stage of life.

Your value is not based on your maturity, but maturity is  valuable. A person fully functioning in their God-given potential is a HUGE value to the community. Maturity increases the success and satisfaction of marriages, parenting, leadership, etc.

There are 5 stages of maturity; Infant, Child, Adult, Parent Elder. In this episode Tennison & Ginelle will begin unpacking the Infant stage of maturity, and talking about the Needs and Tasks of this stage.  If both the needs and task have not been completed you will not be fully mature in this stage of life.
Needs - what we need from our community
Tasks - what we need to learn for ourselves
